This sixty-three-year-old lady wanted to look less tired and complained that she had a thin top lip with surrounding wrinkly skin. She had also noticed the skin of her lower face was drooping, causing jowls and sagginess to her neck. She had considered thread lifting or surgery, but wanted to know whether dermal fillers could help. A more harmonious look was achieved by augmenting her midface, marionette lines, lip and superficial fillers. Skin care enzyme peel was used prior to treatments.
